The ghee has: no preservative, no binders, no fillers, and no additives. No artificial insemination, no chemical fodder, no milking by machines, calves fed milk before milking. Our main objective of rearing these gir cows is for their manure for organic farming, they form a part of a larger eco- system organic farming at our farm. We also make full moon ghee, medicinal ghee, aged ghee, herbal ghee (brahmi ghee, shatavri ghee, ashwagandha ghee etc). We love what we do - mentioned in the mann ki baat by the pmo, adjudged as atmanirbhar champions by the central govt, also received the best farmers award by the govt of maharashtra.

Hand Milking Process

Hand fresh milk for making ghee traditionally from the A2 Gir Cow is collected , slow boiled not Pasteurized, and naturally cooled overnight to form fresh curd.

Brahma Muhurt

Brahma Muhurta Churning

Next day early morning at 4 am to 6am (Brahma muhurta), we start churning this curd to make fresh white butter.

Woodfire

Slow Cooking Firewood Method

This butter is then taken to our firewood melting place where ghee is melted on firewood in an iron kadai.
